Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bdtj ("bdtj", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bdtj website, platform, and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer games, bonuses, and promotions accessible at bdtj.pro and any subdomains or successor domains.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, clicking "I Agree", or otherwise using any part of the bdtj service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of bdtj following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform"

  The bdtj website, mobile web application, and all services made available through bdtj.pro, including all games, betting markets, payment processing, and account management functions.

• "Account"

  The registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the bdtj registration process, enabling access to all Platform features.

• "Bonus Funds"

  Any promotional credits, matched deposit amounts, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by bdtj, subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.

• "Real Money Balance"

  The portion of a Player's account balance that consists entirely of deposited funds and legitimately converted bonus funds, which may be withdrawn subject to identity verification and these Terms.

• "Prohibited User"

  Any person who is under 21 years of age, is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, or has been self-excluded or otherwise barred from using the Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on bdtj and to use any real-money services on the Platform, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria:

• aYou must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable under any circumstances. You warrant by registering that you are 21 or older.
• bYou must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts in your jurisdiction. Corporate entities, bots, and automated systems are not permitted to register.
• cYou must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of bdtj or any affiliated entity or game content provider integrated into the Platform.
• dYou must register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• eYou must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on bdtj or any other gambling platform with which bdtj has a data-sharing arrangement. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by creating a new account.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money services on bdtj, you must register a single account by providing the required personal information in the registration form. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account security:

• aEach player may register only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. bdtj uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
• bYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bdtj will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• cIf you believe that a third party has accessed or may have accessed your bdtj account without your authorisation, you must notify bdtj immediately by contacting support using the email address published on the Platform.
• dYou must keep your registered contact information current and accurate at all times. bdtj uses your registered mobile number and email address to deliver important account notifications, verification codes, and security alerts. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay or prevent account verification and withdrawals.
• ebdtj reserves the right to require enhanced KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, and following any significant change in account activity patterns. Required documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

bdtj will process personal data collected during registration and account use in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to such processing.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the bdtj platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and the handling of account balances:

• aThe minimum deposit on bdtj is ৳100. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank net banking, and other payment methods listed on the Platform's deposit page at the time of transaction. Supported methods and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits are subject to change and will be displayed at checkout.
• bAll deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bdtj does not accept third-party deposits. If bdtj determines that a deposit was made using a payment account not belonging to the registered account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• cWithdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and review for compliance with these Terms. bdtj aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• dbdtj reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. This is a standard security measure applied to protect both the player and the integrity of the Platform.
• eAll transactions on bdtj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdtj does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs on the side of a payment provider is the sole responsibility of that provider and is not within bdtj's control.

bdtj does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and banking institutions) may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside bdtj's control. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider before initiating a transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bdtj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the promotion:

• aBonuses are available only to players who satisfy all eligibility requirements in Section 2. Players who have self-excluded, whose accounts are under review, or who are subject to restrictions imposed by bdtj are not eligible to claim bonuses during the period of restriction.
• bAll bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to a withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms at the point of claim. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• cEach player is entitled to claim the bdtj welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once by creating duplicate accounts, using a different payment method, or any other means constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• dbdtj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring existing bonus obligations to players who have already satisfied the qualifying conditions for that bonus.
• eBonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or applied to certain game categories as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Unless a bonus specifically states it is valid for sports betting, bonus funds will by default be applicable to casino games only.

6. Responsible Gaming

bdtj is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The following provisions reflect that commitment and form a binding part of these Terms:

• aAll gaming at bdtj is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This restriction applies without exception to all game categories, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. bdtj will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including verification of age and suspension of accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
• bPlayers may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wagering limits on their bdtj accounts at any time. Requests to lower existing limits will take effect immediately. Requests to raise existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect, in line with responsible gaming best practice.
• cPlayers who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may apply for self-exclusion at any time by contacting bdtj support. Self-exclusion will take effect promptly and will remain in force for the minimum period requested by the player. bdtj will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.
• dbdtj strongly encourages any player who believes they may have a gambling problem to seek professional assistance. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, please speak to a trusted person or contact a recognised support organisation in Bangladesh.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of bdtj must at all times conduct themselves in a lawful and good-faith manner. The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and notification of relevant authorities where applicable:

• aUsing any software, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated means to play games, place bets, navigate the Platform, or otherwise interact with any feature of bdtj in a manner not available to a standard human user.
• bEngaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other transaction that is prohibited under applicable law, including using the bdtj platform as a vehicle for passing illicitly obtained funds through a series of transactions to obscure their origin.
• cColluding with other players, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing information about game states or coordinating betting patterns to exploit promotional terms.
• dAttempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bdtj Platform, its underlying software, game RNG systems, or any connected third-party systems.
• eProviding false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during account registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, withdrawal requests, or any communication with bdtj support staff.

bdtj reserves the right to use all technical, legal, and investigative means available to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. The remedies available to bdtj in the event of prohibited conduct are cumulative and not mutually exclusive, and bdtj may pursue all available remedies simultaneously.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtj Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, game assets, and the selection, arrangement, and presentation of such content, is the exclusive property of bdtj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the bdtj Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any manner without the prior express written consent of bdtj. Any unauthorised use of bdtj's intellectual property constitutes an infringement of bdtj's rights and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtj's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is subject to the following limitations:

• abdtj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if bdtj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• bbdtj does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, software updates, network outages, or circumstances beyond bdtj's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
• cIn jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, bdtj's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in that jurisdiction.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

bdtj may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account in any of the following circumstances:

• aWhere bdtj has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, account registration rules, prohibited conduct provisions, or bonus terms.
• bWhere bdtj is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement directive, including requirements arising under anti-money laundering legislation or counter-terrorism financing regulations.
• cWhere a player requests closure of their own account. Players wishing to close their account should contact bdtj support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

bdtj collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered users in connection with the provision of its services. The nature of the data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the legal basis for processing, and players' rights in respect of their data are described in detail in the bdtj Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on the Platform. By using bdtj, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein. bdtj implements industry-standard SSL encryption and access controls to protect personal and financial data.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bdtj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bdtj will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact information held on their account (including email notification where an address is registered) or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdtj operates as a platform primarily serving users in Bangladesh and expects all transactions and interactions conducted through the Platform to conform with applicable Bangladeshi law. In the event of any dispute between bdtj and a registered player, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bdtj support. If informal resolution is not achievable, bdtj and the player agree to submit the dispute to a mutually agreed form of alternative dispute resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
